You’ll be joining two repeat founders who previously built and exited two Y Combinator-backed companies. Despite still being in stealth, we’ve raised an eight-figure round from top-tier investors including Y Combinator and have live production deployments at some of the
world’s most respected financial institutions. With offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong, we’re building the category-defining enterprise AI platform. The future we’re building is one where your entire digital workflow—emails, meetings, research, documents, data analysis—is intelligently managed by an AI model that’s deeply personalised to you. At Model ML, you don’t use software—you collaborate with it.
The Role:
We’re looking for a world-class Marketing Lead to build and scale our marketing function from the ground up. This is not a brand awareness gig. You’ll work directly with the founders to define go-to-market strategy, build high-converting campaigns, and create credibility through content, partnerships, and events. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with outcomes, and wants to define the story of a breakout AI company.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy, from positioning and messaging to channel mix and campaign planning.
Build and scale demand generation across our target customer segments (investment banks, private equity, and top-tier consultancies).
Develop content and credibility assets: case studies, white papers, thought leadership, partner co-marketing, events, and press.
Own our online presence—website, social media, product announcements—and make sure it reflects our category-defining ambition.
Work closely with sales, product, and partnerships to align messaging and maximize impact across the funnel.
Establish and track clear performance metrics and continuously iterate for growth.

You’ll work directly with the CEO on a daily basis, shaping how the world sees Model ML.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in enterprise or AI-native environments.
Strong track record of owning demand generation, messaging, and content strategy.
Experience working with technical products and translating complex value props into simple, compelling messaging.
Confidence working across brand, product marketing, and growth marketing.
Excellent writing skills—you’ll be a guardian of our voice.
