Job Description: 

• We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the full data stack, as well as designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Looker. 

• Report on trends, patterns, and insights daily the entire team. Everyone at the company should understand exactly what’s going on, and it’s this person's responsibility to make sure that is the case. 

• Provide training and support to the entire team to ensure they are using Looker effectively. 

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics. 

• Work shoulder to shoulder with our engineering team to connect and maintain data pipelines (you will not be responsible for any technical implementation). 

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data validation and quality checks.

Requirements: 

1. Strong academic background is required.  

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. 

3. Expertise in Looker and strong proficiency in SQL. 

4. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

5. Proven experience in scaling BI functions in a venture backed startup environment. 

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
