Job Description:

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising the onboarding process to ensure new clients and users seamlessly adopt Model ML.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Account Lead 1

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring clearand consistent communication.

  • Run weekly customer feedback sessions and develop a framework to prioritise feedback.

  • Work closely with growth, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Analyse client usage data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for additional training.

  • Develop a framework to increase client engagement via 1:1 sessions, tutorials and running workshops.

  • Articulate, communicate and educate our clients around key product developments.

  • Drive utilisation and growth within accounts.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients within the accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.

  • Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.

  • MBA is a bonus but not required.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. This is key given we are a currently a small global team working around the clock.

  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
