ModelML Inc. collects personal information about website visitors and customers. With limited exceptions, this information is generally restricted to:

As with most websites, ModelML Inc.'s website automatically collects certain information and stores it in log files. The personal information ModelML Inc. collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. On occasion, ModelML Inc. engages third parties to send you information about our products, services, and events.

We do not otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for their independent use unless:

2. It is required in connection with ModelML Inc.-hosted or co-sponsored events;

Data shared with AI models

Model ML interacts with OpenAI's API (see their privacy policy here). The only data shared with OpenAI is the input you feed directly into AI nodes when using Model ML. No other information is exposed to third-party AI providers. We ensure that data sent to third-party AI providers is never stored or used to train their models, and that these providers adhere to data protection and privacy standards comparable to our own.

Transferring personal data to the U.S.

ModelML Inc. is headquartered in the United States, and information we collect about you will be processed there. By using ModelML Inc.'s services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States.

The United States has not sought or received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, ModelML Inc. provides appropriate safeguards by entering into binding standard data protection clauses, enforceable by data subjects in the EEA and the UK.

Depending on the circumstances, ModelML Inc. may also collect and transfer personal data to the U.S. with your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to fulfil a compelling legitimate interest in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. ModelML Inc. enters into data processing agreements and model clauses with its vendors wherever feasible and appropriate. Since its founding, ModelML Inc. has received zero government requests for information.

Data subject rights

The EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws provide certain rights for data subjects. These include:

Data storage and retention

Your personal data is stored on ModelML Inc.'s servers and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services we engage, located in the United States. ModelML Inc. retains service data for the duration of your business relationship with us, and for a period thereafter for operational, historical, and archiving purposes. Prospect data is retained until it no longer has business value and is purged from our systems.

We retain personal data and usage data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

By default, audio and video data is retained for 7 days after capture, and meeting metadata (including transcriptions) for 42 days after capture, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion, which results in audio and video data being deleted immediately, and metadata being deleted after 35 days.

Data collected through Google APIs

ModelML Inc.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children's data

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children.
