Job Description:

The engagement manager oversees client relationships and ensures the successful delivery of projects by coordinating teams and resources. They act as the primary point of contact, focusing on client satisfaction, strategic communications, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management - involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction, while also maintaining a framework to increase client engagement through tutorials, 1:1 meetings, workshops, and product updates.

2. Project Coordination: Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

3. AI Workflow Creation: Build impactful use cases, templates and demos tailored to each customer or firm.

4. Team Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring clear communication among team members.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

6. Strategy Development: Identifying opportunities for additional business and developing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.

7. Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress, analyzing outcomes, and implementing improvements for future engagements. Run weekly customer feedback sessions and develop a framework to prioritise feedback with the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.

  • Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.

  • MBA is a bonus but not required.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. This is key given we are a currently a small global team working around the clock.

  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
