The Role:

We are hiring a world-class Head of Marketing to build and scale a brand-led and content-led marketing engine. Model ML is becoming a company where the story, the product narrative, and the visual identity attract customers before any formal sales motion. Most of our inbound today comes from the content we publish. Your job is to turn this into a dominant and repeatable strategy.

This role is hands-on. You will shape the voice, the visuals, the narrative, and the channels that define how the world understands Model ML. You will work directly with the founders to set the agenda for brand, content, PR, and comms. You will manage our internal creative teams and our external agencies. You will oversee everything that reaches the outside world.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Build and own our full brand-led marketing strategy across PR, comms, content, and design.

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of brand designers, motion designers, editors, and content writers.

  • Own PR and comms, working with both external agencies and internal team members to drive high profile placements and thought leadership.

  • Develop world-class visual and video-led content that builds credibility and helps us stand out across LinkedIn, email, and social channels.

  • Define our narrative and ensure consistency across product announcements, founder communications, and long form storytelling.

  • Partner closely with the founders to craft the message and positioning of a category-defining AI company.

  • Build and maintain a marketing engine that consistently delivers high quality inbound interest.

  • Set performance metrics across reach, engagement, brand affinity, and pipeline influence.

  • You will influence how some of the largest financial institutions in the world discover and adopt AI.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years experience in a similar brand, content, comms driven marketing organisation.

  • A proven track record creating high impact brand and content strategies that drive measurable inbound demand.

  • Experience leading creative teams across design, motion, copy, and production.

  • Strong PR and comms experience, including agency management and executive positioning.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills. You can take a complex technical idea and turn it into a simple narrative that earns attention.

  • A portfolio that shows taste, originality, and a high bar for quality.

  • Ambition to build a generational company and the resilience to operate in a very fast environment.
