We’ve raised an eight-figure round from top-tier investors including Y Combinator and have live production deployments at some of the world’s most respected financial institutions. With offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong, we’re building the category-defining enterprise AI platform.

The Role:
We’re looking for a world-class Content Strategist to define and scale the content function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to develop a founder-led brand, shape our narrative in the market, and create content that builds trust and positions Model ML as the category leader in enterprise AI for finance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves ambiguity, thrives on ownership, and wants to craft the stories that define the future of enterprise AI.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Develop and own Model ML’s full content lifecycle for multiple audiences— editorial planning, campaign ideation, copywriting, publishing, and performance measurement.
Build and amplify a founder-led brand by helping the CEO and leadership team express their voice through articles, interviews, speeches, and social content.
Partner with founders, sales, and marketing to develop content that builds trust and establishes Model ML as the category leader in enterprise AI for finance.
Create integrated campaigns and digital content (blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, video scripts) that drive awareness and credibility.
Produce case studies, customer stories, and thought leadership pieces that highlight real-world adoption and impact at top financial institutions.
Analyze competitor campaigns and industry trends to inform positioning and sharpen our messaging for financial services audiences.
Experiment with new formats—podcasts, video interviews, LinkedIn thought pieces—to amplify reach and credibility.

You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO, Marketing Lead, and Sales team, influencing narrative and positioning at the highest level.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, editorial, or journalism—ideally in B2B tech, AI, SaaS, or financial services.
Proven ability to develop narratives that establish trust, credibility, and thought leadership.
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with a portfolio that includes thought leadership, case studies, or long-form content.
Ability to create integrated campaigns and digital content (blogs, newsletters, social posts, video scripts) that drive awareness and engagement.
Understanding of financial audiences (banks, PE, consulting, asset management) and how they consume content.
Comfortable producing content across formats: blogs, newsletters, social posts, video scripts, and whitepapers.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to run an editorial calendar and manage multiple stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI, finance, and the future of enterprise technology—and a drive to shape the conversation.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you’ll be the steward of our voice and storytelling at Model ML.
