Model ML Integrates with SS&C Intralinks to Bring Live Deal Data into AI Workflows
2 MIN. READ

Model ML today announced an integration with SS&C Intralinks DealCentre AI, the AI-enabled dealmaking platform built for high-stakes financial transactions. Teams can connect an Intralinks data room directly to Model ML and work from approved deal content exactly where they already do, whether that’s the Model ML workspace, or our Microsoft Office plug-ins for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Modelling, diligence, and drafting all run against the deal's current state, inside Intralinks' existing security, governance, and compliance controls.
Today, the data room and the workbench are two different places, and the cost of keeping them in sync is paid in hours: exporting files, re-uploading them, reconciling what changed, and re-running work that was finished an hour ago. This integration closes that gap.
When the sell-side posts a revised schedule or swaps an exhibit, the work built on it reflects the change rather than quietly running on an old version, and teams can see exactly what moved since they last looked. Connecting the systems that hold transaction data means fewer manual steps between source and output, analysis that moves as the deal does, and faster, better-grounded decisions on data that's actually live.
The integration is available to all Model ML customers running active deals on Intralinks DealCentre AI now.
