Former Global Co-Head of Investment Banking at UBS and Nomura joins Model ML Advisory Team

We’re thrilled to welcome Jeff McDermott to the advisory team at Model ML.

Few people know the inner workings of investment banking as well as Jeff. He served as Co-Head of Investment Banking at both Nomura and UBS, and as Co-Head of the Global Industrial and Large Cap Group at Citi.

What sets Jeff apart, however, is his entrepreneurial mindset. He founded his own investment bank, Greentech Capital Advisors—later acquired by Nomura—and shares our vision for how agentic AI and the application layer can transform financial services.
