The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter with strong conceptual instincts and the range to move fluidly between campaigns, product storytelling, and long-form narrative work. You’ll help define how Model ML speaks, from the lines that power our biggest campaigns to the long-form content that educates customers and strengthens our SEO footprint.
You’ll be one of the early voices shaping a category that has almost no established language. You’ll develop campaign ideas, craft narratives for major launches, write the scripts and lines that become iconic, and build a tone that scales across every channel.
You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director, Senior Brand Designer, Marketing Lead, and Product teams to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling stories. This role blends advertising creativity with product storytelling and brand building at speed.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Help define, refine, and evolve Model ML’s brand voice across all platforms.
Generate strong creative concepts for campaigns, launches, OOH, and digital marketing.
Develop platform ideas, headlines, scripts, and narratives that anchor brand and product storytelling.
Create copy frameworks for social, motion assets, landing pages, and integrated campaigns.
Develop messaging playbooks and language systems that scale across teams and markets.
Write crisp, insightful lines that cut through noise and convey technical ideas with simplicity and energy.
Write scripts and storylines for product explainers, campaign videos, and keynotes.
Work closely with designers, motion artists, and leadership to bring ideas to life across mediums.

You’ll be building from zero—no templates, no red tape.
You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO, Marketing Lead, and Sales team, influencing the brand’s voice at the highest level.
Priorities will shift. Deadlines will tighten. You’ll be uncomfortable—but constantly learning.

What We’re Looking For:
5 to 7 years of experience as a copywriter or creative in advertising, brand, or product marketing.
A deep sense of ownership, curiosity, and pride in producing exceptional work.
A portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking, crisp headlines, compelling narratives, and long-form writing.
Ability to move between campaign ideas, product messaging, and editorial content with ease.
Experience writing for web, social, OOH, video, SEO, and integrated campaigns.
Comfort collaborating with creative and technical partners.
High standards, low ego, and the ability to operate at speed without sacrificing quality.
A desire to build something category defining.
