Job Description
The role involves managing the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to customer service to product feedback & iteration.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to identify potential clients.
Build impactful use cases, templates and demos tailored to each customer or firm.
Run weekly customer feedback sessions and develop a framework to prioritise feedback with the engineering team.
Maintain a framework to increase client engagement via tutorials, 1;1s, running workshops and product updates.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.
Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.
MBA is a bonus but not required.
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. This is key given we are a currently a small global team working around the clock.
Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
