It's incredible how efficiently we now operate. If you told me two years ago we'd be adding 50 team members this month, with only two being human, I'd have fallen off my chair.

Two weekends ago, we hosted an internal hackathon using Model ML, our own product, to automate 30-40% of our sales process. I've learned that this practice is referred to as "dogfooding" combined with "vibecoding."

Just as I mentioned to Parmy at Bloomberg a few days ago (article below), we built a system using Model ML in 2 hours, that now means "our sales team have 30 to 50 AI-generated emails waiting in their drafts each morning, all ready for human approval. These emails cover various topics, including call follow-ups, tailored outreach, and pipeline management."

Here's who we're bringing on board:
• 48 AI agents working around the clock
• 1 exceptional full-stack engineer with 10+ years of experience (please DM me!)
• 1 Product & Growth team member (also DM me!)
